The pushing-floor vehicle from Fliegl are specialists for exact and complete emptying of bulk goods. Fliegl uses systems and components, that have been implemented in previous years on the market and proven in daily transport use.

Fliegl's Power Floor is the leader in payload capacity and with standard equipment it is available with an unladen weight of just 7 tonnes. Currently tests are under way with pushing floor trailers in a new production series, where Fliegl have reduced the unladen weight down to 6.8 tonnes.

Residue-free unloading is taken care of by a sliding wall made of an aluminum profile, the edges of which are fitted with replaceable rubber seals.

Because of their versatility more and more hauliers are deciding on a pushing-floor trailer. Most of them transport bulky goods, but do not want to forgo other options and given the choice would rather remain able to load goods on pallets or abrasion-resistant materials such as glass. Furthermore agricultural goods make up a large proportion of loads that are transported with a moving floor, Potatoes, turnips, cereals, wood chips and saw dust. Even in fields more and more pushing-floor trailers are being deployed, many farmers having recognized the fact they can be used all year round. The Fliegl Powerfloor is also suitable for the transport of all standard materials for the filling of biogas plants such as, wood-chips, loose wood pellets or pellets on palettes. It has for some time been a vehicle which is capable of reliably performing its duties in the alternative regenerative energy branch.

Equipped with the well established pushing floor from Cargofloor and Keith, the hydraulic cylinders with pushing facility are built into the floor, the 25 x 25 mm square floor profile is welded onto a cross-member – the aluminum profiles then run on sliding blocks. Fligl offer a variety of profile thicknesses, starting with 6 mm aluminum, across the heavy duty floors up the steel floor variants.

The operation of the pushing-floor is carried out hydraulically via the HVG’s auxiliary drive. The hydraulic connection is located on the end wall, or optionally in the area of the support foot – it is up to the customer.
